Mystery Box

I ordered 2 mystery boxes as Xmas presents. A small delivery came yesterday with a few loose Japanese products inside. Certainly not 2 boxes worth and not Korean beauty products as I expected from a site advertising Korean products. I spent £120 and have been ripped off. Not even 2 separate packages. Some products were all in Japanese with no translation. I don't know what they are for or how to use them which is dangerous and not eu compliant. I am in discussuon with trading standards.

I was really excited to receive my mystery box and paid extra for fast postage (which took 5 days to arrive), but i was very disappointed to find a travel size moisturiser, a sample of eye cream and 2 cheap looking Japanese products that look like they came from a pound shop (a cleansing oil and an essence).

But looking at all the positive reviews I think I was just unlucky. Sadly won't be buying this product again

I've ordered this like 3 or 4 times and I always love trying out the new products I get. it's a fun experience every time especially when I get products that aren't on the website. I'm definitely looking forward to trying my new products.

I used my £5 voucher from the advice product to purchase a £40 mystery box. Unfortunatly I placed into my basket and immediately went to checking out, i missed the unlabelled notes button so emailed customer services my preferences for the box. I had a reply to say they are a different department and couldn't add my preferences to the box. Completely my fault, so don't make my mistake. However this is a USP for the box hence why i wanted to try it. However customer services said i could return once received. Luckily i received my preferences near enough. For my £40 box i received a Full size harharu cleanser and a full size nacific Serum. I also received a Gokujun oil cleaner not on the website. I also received a couple deluxe samples and a couple sachet samples. I will deffintly be purchasing a box again as well as generally from this shop.

Just wow! I ordered Mystery box and gave some details about my skin type and products I was looking for, and the team at Skin Cupid did NOT disappoint! I am loving my introduction into Korean skin care and will be purchasing a few items again 😊
