How often should I use the product?
We recommend using it 1-2 times a week, then taking a break for 3-4 days.
I smell burning when it comes into contact with my skin.

Do I need a recovery period after use?
The device does not cause direct scars on your face, so there is no separate recovery period. Any residual stimulation may last for 1 to 2 days, and it will disappear on its own.
Can I use it on areas with acne?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do not offer returns for international orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
