These terms apply to the Skin Cupid Summer Roadshow Pop Up 2026, including attendance at any pop up location, skip the queue bookings, and the offers running alongside the tour. Please read them before you book or visit.

1. The tour

The pop-up will visit:

Manchester

• Venue: Manchester Arndale, Exchange Court LM3/LM4, M4 3AQ
• Dates: Fri 28 to Sun 30 August 2026
• Opening Hours: Fri and Sat 10:00 to 20:00, Sun 11:30 to 17:30

Edinburgh

• Venue: Register Square, St James Quarter, 1 Leith Street, EH1 3SS
• Dates: Sat 5 to Sun 6 September 2026
• Opening Hours: Sat 10:00 to 20:00, Sun 10:00 to 18:00

Leeds

• Venue: Briggate, LS1 6BG, between Flannels and Santander
• Dates: Sat 12 to Sun 13 September 2026
• Opening Hours: Sat 10:00 to 19:00, Sun 11:00 to 17:00

Birmingham

• Venue: Rotunda Square, Bullring, St Martin's Walk, B2 4NU
• Dates: Fri 18 to Sun 20 September 2026
• Opening Hours: Fri and Sat 10:00 to 20:00, Sun 11:00 to 17:00

Entry is free and open to everyone. Some locations run a preview hour before public opening. These hours are for invited guests only and are not bookable.

Dates, opening hours, venues and participating brands may change. Please check https://www.skincupid.co.uk/pages/summer-roadshow before you travel. We are not able to cover travel or other costs if plans change or a location cannot go ahead.

Some locations are outdoors. We will be there rain or shine, and will only close if conditions become unsafe or if we are asked to by the venue or local authority.

2. Limited edition tote bag and mini set

The tote is £15 and includes five deluxe miniatures.

One tote per customer. We may limit or refuse purchases where we believe this policy is being worked around.

Miniatures are pre-packed. Contents vary between totes, and we are not able to offer swaps, substitutions or a choice of products.

The first 1,000 totes each day at each location also include a full-size Dear Klairs Blue Drop Serum, RRP £28. Once the daily allocation has gone, it has gone, and it does not roll over to the next day.

Totes are limited and available while stocks last at each location. We cannot guarantee availability at any particular time of day.

We may substitute any miniature for a product of the same or greater value.

3. Skip the queue bookings

Booking is optional. Walk-ins are welcome throughout opening hours at every location.

A booking does two things: it puts you in the shorter speed queue at your chosen time, and it holds a tote back in your name. The £15 tote is charged when you book, so your tote is paid for before you arrive.

Slots are 30 minutes long, and capacity is limited. Please arrive at any point inside your window.

If you arrive after your window has closed, we may not be able to admit you through the speed queue. You are welcome to join the walk-in queue instead.

Bookings are final. We are not able to offer cancellations, refunds, transfers or changes of slot once a booking is made.

Bookings for each city close at 12:00 noon on the day before that city's first day, and cannot be made once that deadline has passed:

4. 20% off at the pop-up

20% off applies to purchases made in person at the pop-up during published public opening hours, on the dates listed above.

Excludes gift cards, sets, kits, bundles, miniatures and any item already reduced.

Cannot be combined with any other offer, discount code, loyalty points or the postcard code.

Applies to participating brands stocked at the pop up. Stock varies by location and is subject to availability.

Not available online.

5. Postcard discount code

Every visitor receives a postcard carrying a 20% online discount code.

Valid at skincupid.co.uk only. One use per customer.

Valid until 23:59 on 31 December 2026.

Applies to participating roadshow brands only, and excludes sets, kits, miniatures, masks, subscriptions, gift cards and already reduced items.

Cannot be combined with any other code, offer or loyalty points.

Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, resold or transferred.

6. Free sheet mask

To claim a free sheet mask, take a photo at the pop up, post it to a public Instagram account and tag [@skincupid.official], then show the post to a member of staff on site on the same day.

One mask per customer, while stocks last, subject to availability. You must be 13 or over and hold your own Instagram account, in line with Instagram's terms of use.

By tagging us, you agree that we may share, repost or feature your post across Skin Cupid channels with credit to your account.

7. Payment and returns at the pop up

We take cash only for purchases made at the pop up. Skip the queue totes booked in advance are already paid for online and nothing further is due on the day.

All sales made at the pop up are final. We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on site for change of mind.

None of this affects your legal rights. If something you buy from us is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email [EMAIL] with your proof of purchase and we will sort it out.

8. Photography and filming

Photography and filming take place at every pop up location for marketing and PR purposes.

By entering the pop up, you may appear in Skin Cupid content across social media, our website, email, paid advertising and press, without payment and without a time limit. Signage is displayed at the entrance of every location.

If you would prefer not to appear, please tell a member of staff when you arrive and we will do our best to keep you out of shot. To ask us to remove an image after the event, email hello@skincupid.co.uk.

9. On site conduct and safety

Please follow instructions from Skin Cupid staff, venue security and the emergency services at all times.

We may refuse entry to, or ask anyone to leave, where behaviour is unsafe, abusive or disruptive to other visitors, our team or the venue.

Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.

Assistance dogs are welcome everywhere. Other dogs are welcome at our outdoor locations, and at indoor locations in line with the venue's own policy.

If you need step free access or any other adjustment, please speak to a member of the team. 

We are not responsible for personal belongings brought to the pop-up.

10. General

All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last. We may amend these terms, or change, postpone or cancel any part of the roadshow, where it is reasonably necessary to do so.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
