When applied to the skin, the formula helps to soothe active blemishes and inflammation, as well as exfoliating and brightening dull and acne-prone complexions. Glycolic Acid and Salicylic Acid help to gently slough away dead skin cells and lingering sebum left on the skin after cleansing, while Zinc PCA helps to control sebum production, soothe acne, and prevent future breakouts. Finally, Allantoin, Sodium Hyaluronate, and Gluconolactone provide hydration and moisture, ensuring skin stays moist even with various exfoliating acids and sebum-controlling ingredients in the mix.
