Skin Cupid Summer Roadshow, Leeds | £15 Tote Ticket

1. Book your slot

Choose your day and time above and check out. Your £15 secures your tote and your place in the speed queue. You will get a confirmation email and need to show this with your name to claim entry into the queue, so keep it on your phone. Please bring photo ID too, as we may need to check the name matches your booking. Each ticket admits one person, so anyone coming with you will need their own booking.

2. Arrive on time within your time slot 

Find us at the address on your booking. Head for the speed queue rather than the walk-in queue and have your confirmation email ready. If you are running more than 5 minutes late, we will not be able to admit you to the speed queue, but you are very welcome to join the walk-in queue instead.

3. Collect your tote

Show your confirmation at the hatch, and we will hand over your tote, with your 5 deluxe minis and your full-size Dear Klairs Midnight Blue Drop Serum already inside. Your ticket covers one tote, but you are welcome to buy extra on the day, subject to availability.

4. Shop at 20% off

Everything at the pop-up is 20% off on the day. No code needed, it comes off at the till. We take card and contactless only, no cash. Your tote is your shopping bag, so bring it with you round the stand.

5. Snap for a mask

Take a photo at our photo moment, post it to Instagram and tag @skincupid.official to claim a free sheet mask, one per person, while stocks last.

Running late? We cannot admit anyone to the speed queue more than 5 minutes after their slot, but you are very welcome to hop into the walk-in queue instead.

Skin Cupid Summer Roadshow 2026. By booking, you agree to the following.

1. Your ticket. Your £15 booking is the purchase of one limited edition Skin Cupid tote bag, pre-filled with 5 deluxe minis and one full-size serum, and includes entry for one person to the Skin Cupid Summer Roadshow at the location, date and time slot you select at checkout. Each ticket admits one person only and does not cover guests.
2. Validity. Tickets are valid only for the date and time slot booked. Tickets cannot be transferred to another city, date or time slot.
3. Refunds. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If we cancel a session, we will contact you by email to offer a rebooked slot or a full refund. 
4. Arrival. Please arrive ahead of your slot. We cannot admit anyone to the speed queue more than 5 minutes after their slot time. Late arrivals are welcome to join the walk-in queue, subject to capacity.
5. Walk-ins. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability on the day. Entry speed depends on the length of the queue. Totes purchased on the day are subject to stock.
6. Tote allocation. Your ticket entitles you to one tote. Your confirmation email and the name on it are needed to claim it, and we may ask to see photo ID matching that name. You are welcome to buy additional totes at the pop-up on the day, subject to availability. Totes are limited and available while stocks last.
7. Minis. The 5 deluxe minis are pre-packed and cannot be swapped, chosen or substituted. Contents may vary between totes and are subject to availability.
8. Dear Klairs gift. Every pre-booked tote includes a full-size Dear Klairs Midnight Blue Drop Serum (RRP £28). Totes bought on the day as a walk-in include the serum while stocks last.
9. 20% off on the day. A flat 20% discount applies to everything you buy in person at the pop-up. It is not available online. Subject to stock.
10. Free sheet mask. Limited to one per person. You will need to show a member of the team a public Instagram post tagging @skincupid.official. While stocks last.
11. Returns. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on products purchased at the pop-up.
12. Payment. We accept card and contactless payments only. We are unable to accept cash at the pop-up.
13. Children. Everyone is welcome, including little cherubs. Under-16s should be accompanied by an adult.
14. Weather. This is a live event and, at our outdoor sites, an open-air one. We will be trading in all normal weather. We may pause or close the site if conditions create a health and safety risk. In that event we will contact ticket holders by email.
15. Changes. In the event we need to change opening hours, close the site temporarily or amend the experience for reasons of safety, weather or venue requirements, we will post updates on Instagram at @skincupid.official.
16. Filming and photography. We may photograph or film at the pop-up for marketing purposes. Please let a member of the team know if you are not comfortable with this. Signage will be displayed on site.
17. Your data. Any details you give us are handled in line with our privacy policy at skincupid.co.uk/privacy.
