I've been scared to use retinol,but decided to start with this product. Doesn't seems to irritated my skin at all. Happy with it.
This is a really nice retinol serum. It hasn't caused me any irritation so am really liking it
The product itself is perfect. It pretty much cures my acne and makes my skin texture glowy and smooth. Gentle enough to use every night. I have to give it 5 stars because it works so well, but one big con is that the dropper isn't great. It barely sucks up any product and I have to dip into my product constantly to get enough drops on my face.
This is a good retinol, the packaging is a bit of an issue. The little dropper (is that what it is?) does not pick up product efficiently, I also am looking for something of higher strength so I will be looking for a different product.
I like the product it self, makes my skin feels super soft and moisturised. But it feel like I got almost empty bottle very unsatisfied with it considering how much it cost.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do not offer returns for international orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@skincupid.co.uk and we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that customers will be covering the return shipping cost.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
