Use after cleansing, toning and/or essence
Put 3-4 drops on your face (make sure the dropper doesn’t touch your skin)
Pat gently and spread for absorption and proceed with moisturiser
I have very dry and sensitive skin, unfortunately I felt my skin sting after using this product. So no calming effect, and not really hydrating for my skin.
(I have normal-oily, acne-prone, sensitive skin) Skin1004 is my favourite korean skincare brand. I have never tried a product from them that I have not loved and this product is no different. It has no fragrance and has a milky, slightly viscous consistency which feels lovely to apply and is easily absorbed into the skin. It leaves the skin feeling hydrated and soft, and really helps to maintain a healthy skin barrier, and to calm irritation and inflammation - it even helps with a stubborn eczema patch I have. I like the minimalistic and sturdy packaging, it looks and feels luxurious. I like to use this in the evenings and I use the normal centella ampoule in the morning. Another staple for me from Skin1004.
The moment I tried it I knew that this serum would be a staple in my routine. It has a semi thick milky texture but it absorbs and hydrated the skin really well. It helped get rid of my dry patches during winter and got rid of redness and bumps on my cheeks. Great for really dry and damaged skin!!

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do not offer returns for international orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@skincupid.co.uk and we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that customers will be covering the return shipping cost.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us and include photos immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
