Florasis' Luodai Floral Eyebrow Define Powder Pencil is crafted with a 75% powder composition, giving you the precise, hair-like strokes of a traditional pencil alongside the soft, blendable finish that only a powder can offer. The result is brows that look genuinely natural: defined where you want definition, filled-in without any telltale heaviness.
The oil-free formula is what makes this pencil so satisfying to use. It glides onto skin with virtually no resistance and, crucially, zero stickiness, so you can build and layer colour freely without any tackiness or caking.
