Formulated even for the most sensitive skin, D’ALBA’s Mild Skin Balancing Vegan Cleanser is a mild yet effective gel cleanser that balances the skin's natural pH whilst soothing the skin. Infused with Trufferol, a blend of antioxidant-rich Italian White Truffle and Tocopherol, it deeply nourishes your skin and enhances elasticity to promote a youthful, supple complexion.

Combined with D’ALBA’s innovative Trupair formula, a trio of CICA ingredients and Centella Asiatica Extract, they work in harmony to soothe and calm the irritated and redness-prone skin. The formula also includes Ceramides and Madecassoside to repair the skin barrier, locking moisture and diminishing breakouts. Together with the Phyto Green Peeling complex, made with the power of plant-based surfactants, the cleanser gently exfoliates dead skin cells and unveils a smoother, more radiant complexion with each use. This gel cleanser turns into a rich foam that effectively removes impurities and makeup, without leaving the skin tight.

This gel cleanser has been tested Dermatest approved and is a vegan formula and is safe for all skin types especially sensitive skin.

How To Use

  1. Use morning and night after removing makeup

General Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do not offer returns for international orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@skincupid.co.uk and we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that customers will be covering the return shipping cost.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us and include photos immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
